For those in the Johnson County, Kansas area, therapy is completed in-person and I come to you. We start with a full evaluation of your needs and work on a plan together! $125/session

I modify our evaluation to be completed completely online. You still receive one on one assessment and a plan for treatment. Please note, this is not an option with manual lymphatic drainage. $125/session

Also completed online this education is a conversation about your pelvic floor concerns with general information provided with a look at your routines and values. $75/hour

This program, completed periodically throughout the year, includes six weeks of education, songs/dances for baby, and a gentle yoga routine. To top it off, a mom meet up is scheduled to solidify friendships and discuss topics. This course will occur either via zoom or in person.
